Lost, damaged or defective Items: We do our very best to make sure everything we ship leaves in good condition. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective or shipment damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Retain the product and all of the original packaging and take pictures if possible. Once we have verified the damage we will arrange for a replacement. Strand Apothecary cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
